Conditions of Use – Review Submissions

All reviews submitted to BookLore are done free of any charges or fees. By submitting reviews to BookLore you grant BookLore non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and display such reviews throughout the world in any media.

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any review or its content. BookLore reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any review.

You grant BookLore the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such review or content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews or content that you submit.

Submitting a review does not guarantee it will be posted on the site.

Negative Reviews

Negative Reviews will only be posted if the content is valid and represents a fair opinion of the work. BookLore will not post reviews that simply berate a book without good reason.
