Review by Vex (280201) Rating (7/10) Review
by Vex The story revolves around a group of minor league criminals based in London, who attempt their largest 'job' yet, only to find themselves getting into trouble with the local gangland boss.. Combine this with a group of 'Yardies' coming across from Jamaica with the intention of 'taking over' london, and you just know some blood is going to be spilt!! This
book has all the usual Shaun Hutson trademarks. The Blood, the
Gore, the Violence. I did feel that the ending was rather, err...
'Hollywood'? Well, 'sentimental crap' was the phrase that actually
came to mind. All in all though another good book from Mr Hutson
to add to the many I already have, here's hoping the next one
will be a horror! |
