This, I am afraid is destined for the recycle bin. I wanted to like it, because I appreciate irony as much as the next person, and I can see that Harry Potter is as rich a source as any out there in the world but unfortunately I found it to be not particularly funny.

What really put me off, however, is the mean spirit with which the subject has been treated. I do not consider my sense of humour to be lacking, but this seems to have found a gap, and I am unwilling to finish this book while there are so many other books out there that I am looking forward to enjoying.
