Competition Rules

1. Competitions are open to UK residents only. Overseas entries will not be considered. Entries are via email only.
2. To enter any BookLore Competition you must be aged 18 or over and by submitting a Competition entry you warrant that you are the required age.
3. You must provide BookLore.co.uk with your name and e-mail address if you wish to enter a competition. BookLore.co.uk will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of the competition entered, and will not be intentionally disclosed to any other party; see Privacy Policy.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
5. The deadline for receiving entries for a competition is as specified on the competition page. Results will be announced on this site within one month of the competition closing.
6. BookLore.co.uk will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
7. Winners will be contacted personally by email.
8. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives, see Quiz Prizes.
9. BookLore.co.uk does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Email 'Read' receipts will not be automatically issued; if a 'Read' receipt is requested this may, or may not, be returned, solely at the discretion of the BookLore.co.uk Site Editors.
10. Entrants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
11. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of BookLore.co.uk, any person directly or indirectly involved in BookLore.co.uk or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
12. BookLore.co.uk reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, without warning, for any reason.
13. Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and BookLore.co.uk reserves the right to either offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition on BookLore.co.uk.
14. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering a competition.
15. Any Prizes donated by a third party shall become the property of BookLore.co.uk and shall be disposed of as deemed fit by the site Editor
16. BookLore.co.uk reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
17. If more than one prize is available only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
18. All prizes will be presented to winners via the UK mail service, unless otherwise noted. BookLore does not accept any liability or claims for prizes that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by the winner.
19. Prizes are provided "as is" and BookLore.co.uk gives no representation or warranty with respect to the Prizes provided. In particular, BookLore.co.uk gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the Prizes or their suitability or fitness for purpose.
20. The Site Editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
